Regarding the specifics of the Old Covenant, I'm hardly the first to say it was "for that people, that time, that place". We need not ape the Israeli religion in order to obey God. On the other hand, we know that some of the Old Testament did show up in the New. Paul's letters are loaded with references to things that are required of Gentiles in the churches he planted, guidance that existed nowhere else but with the ancient Hebrew people under the Covenant of Moses.
This is the whole point of the "NT Doctrine" series on the Radix Fidem blog. There is some continuity between the Old and New Testaments. That continuity is not limited to random ideas; there is a pattern. That pattern is rarely noted by preachers, teachers and even elite Bible scholars: The underlying moral truth behind the Law of Moses. The particulars were contextual, but they always reflected a deeper understanding of Creation and the nature of things in this world.
For example: What was the point of keeping women under such tight social control? Why was it necessary to make them wear some kind of covering on their heads? Why would they avoid making eye contact with non-family males in public, much less speak to them? Why were they married off at such a young age to men ten or twenty years their senior?
It's because God did not give women the same moral anchorage as He gave to men. This is the source of Paul's comment that Eve was deceived, but Adam was not. In order for women to do the marvelous work of motherhood and mistress of the household, they would need to do without that moral sense of calling and defer to the man of the house. If she were required to carry the burden of moral decision making for the household, it would interfere with her instincts and mission. They are the best there is at certain things, and that collection of things they do requires a unique outlook that, in men, would distract and destroy the mission.
Whatever it is women believe they have to complain about is twice removed from God's design. First, Western Civilization is a perverted mess. Even when western men do gain the power to rule over western women, they do just about everything wrong. Second, women who reject male headship are rejecting God and choosing Satan. There is no third option. Worst of all, women will always need to absorb an expectation of God's plan from birth so that her instincts work properly.
My own marriage is proof that women can do things the way God intended. But I've already been through this before: She is called a "unicorn" because she is exceedingly rare in this. She would be the first to admit that she stumbles because she was raised in a feminist cult household, and her human instincts are her worst enemy. She sincerely wishes she did not have to fight with herself all the time. I assure you she does a marvelous job by the grace of God. His power can mitigate an awful lot of evil.
An awful lot of Bible scholars, preachers and teachers are not at all "red pilled" about human nature regarding sexuality. They refuse to admit that when women are granted their own will in restructuring society, that's how we get the huge mess we face today as the natural result. Is it not clear to you that what feminists want will inevitably lead to the extinction of the American people? The vast majority of feminists will never reproduce. The few who do will raise up children twice as stupid as themselves.
In a certain sense, God has lost interest in human nations. He no longer deals in those terms; that's the domain of the rebellious elohim council and Satan. If you suffer from the silly notion that white people are important to God, you are in for a rude awakening. He will not stop whites from pursuing the Darwin Awards. If we want to make ourselves extinct by letting women rule culture and prevent the birth of a stable and durable society for the future, He's just fine with that. He'll draw His Elect from whatever is left.
A bunch of solipsistic, self-worshiping women cannot change His plans for humanity. His plan is to restore His Covenant morality to whomever will seek His face and cry out for it. Our duty as Covenant people is to seek the proliferation of redeemed Elect, not any particular race or ethnic group. We must learn to discern and then walk in His divine moral character as revealed in the Scriptures.
