My God Will See to It

20 June 2024

I've been asked if I know what I posted that got my old blog closed (crez.strob.us).

While it's possible I misinterpreted things, I believe I can point to one line that got way more attention than I would have expected. I never thought of it as controversial. Folks who don't exactly support the federal government policies under which we live never batted an eye. They all had said, or at least hinted at, the same thing: "I would not hesitate to use violence to resist a vaxx mandate..." (09 March 2023)

I'm pretty sure that this was what provoked federal attention. For those who forget, the context was this:

[Reference to state laws favoring the vaxx propaganda and reducing access to exemptions.] This reminds us of how the Lord sometimes uses human government to move His people around. His purposes are always aimed at getting us some place He wants to use us, but it's not always obvious at the time. If something like [such local laws] is enough to signal it's time to move, and the Lord doesn't require you to stay, then the only question is where you need to be instead.

It's more than mere politics. The people who press laws like that are actually being restrained by the situation from instituting more draconian measures, like actual forced injections. They belong to a different culture entirely. They are foreigners by any other definition. They want us out of their way.

What you do about it is the real issue. It's quite likely our Father will require most of His servants to stay put and see how things turn out. Rather, it's things like this that indicate the trends. Right when the mainstream is beginning to admit that the vaxx is a bigger threat than the infections it claims to treat, some politicians are willing to bare their fangs about enforcing compliance on future mandates. It's just another excuse to exercise oppression. But the threat is real, as is our Father's power to protect His servants or not, as He sees fit. He could heal and deliver from the effects of the vaxx. Or, He may be asking you to endure those effects for His glory.

The line I quoted above followed that. And I still stand behind that. It's easy to say, of course, because my state is unlikely to play along with WHO mandates, having passed their own laws asserting quite the contrary (along with several other states).

By the way, just about every federal agency with which I interact using my real name has begun giving me a hassle on some of the silliest little things. Not locking me out; that would draw the wrong attention. Rather, it's piddly stuff where the online portals appear to have my name flagged and they won't work normally. I have to go through some unusual rigmarole to get in and get business done: Login.gov, Social Security Administration, IRS, VA, etc.

From what I've read, this is something affecting others, and it would appear to be arising from the same sort of cause. Anyone who says honestly and publicly how they feel about our current government policies will begin facing these little hassles. I'm sure somewhere down the road this will be cranked up to becoming denial of access to services, should the current bunch keep pulling the levers of power.

I'm trusting in my God. Aside from simply telling the truth, there is nothing more I need to do about it.

Related: I recently had my Substack account deactivated because of content violations. I appealed it because I literally have no content on there. I do subscribe to some barely controversial Substacks and have liked posts from those, but I don't know if that counts as content at all. They reinstated my account and said it was an accident, so I want to think someone flagged my account, though my information is all private on there.

Maybe a coincidence, but I was banned almost immediately after I subscribed to a friend's new Substack. He posts photos and videos of local creeks and hiking spots…absolutely zero offensive content.
