Covenant Application in Context

16 November 2024

As we note often, the Covenant is not just rules. It is a way of life based on divine priorities. The Covenant is God's personality and character; it's our duty as His vassals to struggle moment by moment to keep an eye on what He personally wants from us in every context. Christ is the Covenant; He is our law.

Over the years, our Radix Fidem community has produced in-depth studies of written revelation, and will continue doing so as part of our fundamental covenant mission. In this post, we need to review some of the implications of such a life-long study.

God's image for a political ruler is the shepherd sheikh. Everything depends on how close some political figure can come to that ideal. A shepherd puts the welfare of the people first. We don't have to worry about that part here in the US; nobody like that is allowed to gain any political power. We can dismiss that out of hand. All of our political figures are wicked, moral failures who have sought power for every other possible reason except the people's welfare.

Not a single political figure in this country truly serves God under His Covenant. Decent political figures have attempted to save the people, but have been slapped down consistently. There are no good guys in the US government. Any of them may well be God's appointed tool for something, but that job places them in the mission of the destruction of the US. The US is inherently evil because it is not a covenant nation.

The Covenant is the only thing that matters in this world, and it's the only venue for God's favor. In this day and age, it must be an explicit awareness and testimony of the Covenant. Without that, nations and governments are on their own with no guidance from the Lord.

What's left is merely the entertainment factor of human folly. On this blog, not once should you have gotten the idea that I supported anyone more than provisionally as an entertainer. Thus, I can talk about the likes of Nicholas Fuentes as very entertaining, but by no means is he a good guy. He's talented in pointing out what's effective on a human level in our current context, but his goals and motives are no better than anyone else's. His political instincts come sort of close to the biblical standard in some ways, much closer than the general run of the mill. Within the context, he's better than most alternatives. He's still a moral wretch who rejects the Covenant, but I predict God will continue to use him to make a lot of even more wicked people uncomfortable.

See how that works? It shows how stupid people tend to be when a fool like Fuentes comes closer to God's ways than just about anyone actually in government. There is no hope for America.

Again: Under the Covenant, we learn to identify the people around us as one of family, allies, machinery, enemies, or background. It's not what we make of them, but what they make of themselves. The Covenant focuses much on roles. More precisely, in various covenant concerns, the same person may shift among those roles, and quite honestly, some people may vary from moment to moment within those roles because of the winds of manipulation that strike them from the Unseen Realm. The same thing happens to you in someone else's covenant reckoning.

The whole point is to notice what role any person plays in your individual mission from God at any given moment. You deal with them accordingly. Yes, we do tend to favor some more than others for any number of personal reasons, but in terms of how we handle them, it still rest entirely on what role they play within our feudal domain granted from God. You can be loving in general, but mortals cannot really love everyone equally, so don't waste time pursuing that.

Thus, we recognize that Trump is favored by God for a specific role, for the time being. Given what we can grasp about the human political situation under the guidance of the Unseen Realm, the moment God no longer needs him alive, there's a very good chance Trump will die. The stage has been set with a lot of enemies for him. For me, he's more like an Assyrian emperor, appointed for a specific task, after which he is entirely expendable.

Looking over his executive appointments, some are not too bad. But among them are some of the most Godawful creatures of Darkness we've seen in a long time. It's a different flavor of darkness than those of Trump's political opponents, but it's still Darkness either way. The overall agenda includes some things that will make it a little easier for us to share our message, but plenty that will threaten it. We are obliged to resist the threat.

One of the biggest issues we face is the necessity of denouncing Israel as the special beloved project of Satan. Trump is determined to enhance that project. He has promised to silence critics like us. It's our duty to call attention to the censorship, as well as why this is not God's project, as so very many assume it is. The people who assume this don't know Jesus very well. They have been misled. We should expect persecution for saying how wrong they are.

So, if you worry about that persecution, this is a very good time for you to put some distance between yourself and this blog or our community.
